We are an engineering company with over 10 years of experience, with a staff of dedicated, educated and committed people, always with the customer at the center of our decisions. StepEng was established in 2013 with the aim of producing engineering solutions and job-specific automation machines in line with the needs of companies in the sector.
For special production processes; assembly lines, measurement and test machines and equipment, experienced in design, production and assembly staff continues its production with 3000 m² closed machine park area in İzmir Türkiye location.
Our company serves with an experienced, dynamic, young design and production staff of 46 people who meet customer demands and needs.

OUR HISTORY
It was established in Bornova, Izmir in order to respond to the needs of the sector. Started to produce assembly and leak teting machines.
Commissioned the first assembly line at customer field. Expanded its team and machinery park.
Moved to a new facility in Bornova Pınarbaşı with a 1200 m2 closed area.

Expanded its design team for machines and lines produced using the latest technology products. With a 10-person design team, it realized customer demands.
The assembly line consisting of a total of 10 machines with automatic feeding/unloading, 6 robots and a CMM measurement system was commissioned at the customer's field.
In order to respond to customer demands, it expanded its facility area and reached 3000 m2 production area and continued to expand in terms of machinery and team.
Company name is re-registered as StepEng. It continues its production with a total staff of 46 people, 3000 m2 production area and the latest technology machine park.
